The worst financial institutions ever , People working in there are liers ,unprofessional ,unhelpful bunch of idiots in one place. Names Eddie Machuca loan officer unprofessional has no respect for customers and has no idea what is he doing . Jennifer Albert sales operation coordinator She has no idea how to take care of the customers and resolve the simple problems . Long story short Unhelpful ,unorganized , uninformed,unprofessional Financial institutions and staff working there is worst.!!!!!!!! Never choose this bank!!!!! Dont trust this institution !!!!!! Never apply for any loans !!!!! Do not do business with them !!!!! There are many better instructions that you can do business with !!!

Logix CU is the best place to refi your loan. Is the best thing that happened to my wife and I this year. Kyle costanzo is superb. Amazing customer service and there is never No for an answer. Very streamline process and easy to speak to staff! John Soto was extremely helpful/knowledgeable and made my experience as pain free and quick as possible. He took the time to listen to my individual situation and definitely went above and beyond when it came to making me feel like we had accomplished what I originally called about. 5-STARS!!!!

Loyalty enhances the relationships that are built and we recognize that knowing our members from years of membership provides more value than a piece of paper, or credit report. Credit score discrepancies can occur between various agencies pulling credit (either due to credit inquiries, different bureaus, scoring models, etc.). However, when there is that history built, we have an opportunity already to review a variety of factors to try and assist our members. I apologize that we did not do that. Almost 20 years of business with them and 3 car loans later. Never a late pay. Both the dealership and Logix Experian credit scores different??? how can that be???? Relationships no longer matter to this credit union I guess that's why they changed their name to use the word "bank" in it. No more recommendations from us to others looking for a credit union. Dont give them your business they don't deserve it.
