Very disappointed drove over a half hour to go to the store when it clearly says online that they are open, but of course you drive all the way there and they're closed! Don't rely on their online hours or information it's obviously false.

Staff isn't very welcoming.... have visited twice. No greeting....no assistance and always get an unfriendly stare. Had high hopes for this place. But, it seems like I'd get more assistance shopping online.

Sorry you were dissatisfied, our seconds are clearly labeled upstairs in our discount room, the warranty is a prorated year warranty for manufacture defects only and does not cover normal wear, depending on the amount of life left in your boots.

1st time going there and it was amazing. Friendly, helpful staff and lots of good stuff at good prices. Reccomend to anyone. Update. My boots only lasted 7 months and I went back to store and they said there's nothing they can do but red wings has a 12 month pro rated return policy yet dale hardy doesn't honor it and after looking into it I was told they sell things called seconds. Basically they are priced like new but are rejects that cannot use warranties. Atleast for my $200 red wings boots. Won't go back after that. Misleading. Dissatisfied. 2
