We did not write on the box and that was not the reason for rejecting the return request. When this customer bought a specific computer spare part from our online store, they stated they were a business and that they required a VAT invoice. We are not obliged to always accept return request on business to business transaction, but we do in many circumstances, especially when an item is unopened. On their returns form this customer stated the item was unopened, yet when it arrived back to us it had been opened. We considered the option of reselling it as an unwanted item, but due to it being opened, the writing on the box and the general condition, felt it was not acceptable to sell it to another customer. If returned business to business purchases can be sold at a reduced price as refurbished we do prefer to accept them. Consumer purchases are obviously covered by consumer sales and return policies.

I returned a product for a refund 2 days after I received it. However a week later Morecomputers posted it back without bothering to communicate with me. They rejected it as there was writing on the delivery box - writing which I did not add myself - and thus claiming they were unable to re sell it. Seems they wrote it on there for an excuse not accept the return.
Purchased a graphics card for my daughters birthday with loads of stock showing only to be emailed hours later saying out of stock, and now have missed other opportunities to purchase one. They won't answer the phone or emails and no refund received. Avoid this company.!
The customer service with this company is fantastic. I had an issue with my build, and the customer service rep I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly throughout.
