Pathetically poor service. No acknowledgment while standing at sign advised to wait before entering store. Finally acknowledged to sit and wait only to have someone whos just walked in served before myself. The service was that pathetic I actually felt the need to take time out of my day to write this
Staff not interested in helping at all. Told me to go online to get what I needed, but online form didn't work. Used chat and was told they'd email me which never happened. Ended up just buying a new phone from Telstra.
After visiting 4 Optus stores with not much help I went to Optus Southport park. Pink hair lady who was staff was truly the most helpful and informative staff member !! Very impressed , she had the problem sorted in 10 mins
Wolves signed my elderly mother up for a rip off phone plan. Shes paying over $100 for a phone case over 36 mth. I didnt even know they did 36mth plans let alone on acessories
