I've tried to order from here several times and it takes weeks if not close to a month for them to get items in. They do not call to let you know when an item comes in and it is agitating to continually call. When the product does come, most if not all is the incorrect size that I asked them to order.
We understand you are upset. However if you had brought them back instead of purchasing other shoes we could have assisted you in getting you into shoes that were more comfortable. The return policy also states that shoes must be unworn and clean. The shoes you returned were clearly worn and soiled. Typically we do not take back worn soiled shoes. We made the exception for you by giving you a store credit. The staff works hard to make sure you are happy with your shoe purchase before you leave the store. We also instruct you to wear them around the house on carpet before wearing them outside. I am sorry you are upset but our policy applies to all customers to maintain fairness. We offered to give you a new pair of shoes but you refused.

Very upset,I brought a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago one of the shoes were killing my foot I did wear them for 4 hours took them off at work brought another pair at a store close to my work .when I had time thinking I had 30 days to return I took the shoes back to Todays uniform.,but noticed as I was putting them back in the box they were two differant shoes,that's why the one was killing me .so get back to the store for a return she tells me I can only give a store credit because I a week late bringing them back ,well ok that's a policy I was not aware of my mistake but because thier were two diffeant shoes in the box I think a policy could have been over looked..its not like I went to walmart and grabbed a pair of shoes off the shelf and paid for them I had assistance when I purchased the shoes I would have never returned them if they were both the same shoe .
I appreciated the staff's help when looking for the right fit but had to order out because they didn't have what I needed in stock. Was told my order would be in within 7-10 business days. My order didn't come in for weeks, I had to continously call for updates asking where my order was and when I called for the last time they said they got in a couple days prior so why they didn't call me to let me know?...i dont know. I felt the customer service was very poor and I will not be coming back
