Their customer service is a literal joke. Save your time and efforts going somewhere else. The way she talks to paying customers is disgusting and how she handles her own mistakes is 10x worse. This is a joke of a business. I am so disappointed that I have used them for so long, never again. WASTE OF TIME.

I took in a stocking to have it monogrammed. I brought in an example of the font that we were looking to match. What they did was pitiful in comparison to the example I brought. The monogramming they did was very thin, whereas the sample I brought in was a thicker and more luxurious stitch. Also, the letters were not connected and were disjointed. It looks like a very amateur job.

Awful, misquoted items, took 3 weeks for a single tablecloth that I finally just picked it up and took somewhere else, had it done in 2 days. When picking it, copped an attitude about it like it was my fault. They suck, save yourself the time, money, and frustration.
