On this site I made orders on 2 different dates. specifically dividing orders so that there are no problems with payment at customs. but my orders were sent with delays and both in the same batch. now, because of your incompetent actions, I will have to pay customs duties. Making purchases in different online stores for the first time I encounter such unprofessionalism ! such delays in sending orders are not possible in stores at levels such as Farfetch or Net-a-porter!

I'm confused about if this store is all online OR if it is located at the address listed? Also, if in fact there is a place to physically shop inside the S.bop building, has it closed to the Public due to the pandemic?
