Copier looked great at first and staff training was okay, however maintenance was very poor and service parts were mostly second hand or reconditioned which was very disappointing.

Bought a Samsung copier from Faxco 7 months ago. They really helped us get the best product for our business & understood our requirements for quality as this is essential for us producing wedding invites. Technical support has been excellent when we required advice on how to product specific documents and we have always been given first class service from the MD who sold us the machine to the girls who take the support calls in the office. Would definitely 100% recommend . If only ever supplier we deal with was as good as Faxco ,our lives would be so much easier . Delighted Customer .
