I bought new Maserati in Feb. had to have in service for issues with car computer and for service. First time I took car in and was told car ready by 5:00. I get Uber to take me to shop only to find out car was not ready. No one called to tell me otherwise. No one there to give me ride so had to Uber back home and get following day. Second time in for general service. Made appointment 2 weeks ago for service and detail. Dropped car off Wednesday night at 430. I told them I had scheduled service and detailed. Was told car would be ready Thursday at 5. Show up before 5 and was told my car was not ready, again was told it would be and again no one took time to call me. Was told only needed a couples hours and would have car brought to me by noon on Friday. At least I got call on Friday at noon and was told car would not be ready until Monday. I had sched an appointment and to have car for 2 days for service and detail and not have it completed is not acceptable. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in the service department and lack of respect for my time. Service has been terrible. If there was another place to take for service I would. The service department in Merriam at this point has been terrible. I guess when you are the only show in town you dont have to deliver on what you promise and can get away with not respecting the customers time. I gave one star only because I could not leave a 0
