Hello, We are sorry you feel that way, but your complaint is not valid. Initial payment was made on 03/09 for USDOT reactivation/MC#/BOC3/TXDOT. The reactivation, BOC-3, and MC# were processed on 03/15. We then moved on to apply for TXDOT. In which you then decided to send us a new DBA registration with a space in it. Because of this TXDOT took longer than usual to process. You have had an MC# since 03/15, however if you are referring to the MC# not being authorized, it is because of your truck's insurance. Your insurance was not posted until 04/08, please contact them in regard to that issue. Monica, the agent helping you with the filings has been in constant contact with you since the process first started. We take our work very seriously, and do not appreciate being wrongly reviewed for something that is out of our control. Thank you

I paid 1000$+ for their services. However I decided not to move forward with this type of business. My package included MC/DOT number, UCR, TX DOT. First my authority was opened with wrong address and it was hard to get My login info for FMCSA website, and after I asked for refund (UCR and TX DOT) for about 300$ on MAY 24, they said they will email me or call back. Waited for about a week and asked again, representative put me on hold for about 40 minutes, I called back and they said they have to contact with their Supervisors supervisor again. Roxana S. emailed me saying that they have to ask their supervisors again June 7. So they obviously charged me Full Price and provided half service. Avoid AT ANY COST.

Really fast service. Got my TX DOT # with this company. They were so nice that called my Insurance company to let them know what they needed from them to do to activate my TX DOT #. Now it is active and I am very thankful for that.
