Avoid this company! I was promised my t-shirts the next day, and had to wait 2 weeks for them to arrive at the office. Whilst waiting not once did anyone contact me to update me on the situation. I chased up the order several times, but no explanation or apologies we made to me, I was simply promised a call back by another person, which needless to say never materialised. In the end, my t-shirts arrived at the office (still not yet printed) however I informed Cavaliers I did not need them anymore as it was way past my deadline. I offered to take them off them at a discount price (seems fair) but they refused with no apology. Shocking service. Avoid

Cavaliers in Caversham is a brilliant printing firm. Their prices are great and turnaround is fast. Lovely welcoming staff. Will definitely use again and again.
