Service Department is now horrible as well. With as much money as your customers spend you would think the customer service would be phenomenal.....it is not. Starts at the top guys, it's time to do something to make your customer experience better. It might be time for a new GM. I have bought 3 BMWs from this dealership. The finance department is a joke, they dont do what they promise they will do for you. If there was another BMW dealership in town I would be their customer in a heartbeat. Just received a call from finance tonight, hopefully well get this issue resolved and I can up my stars.

With so little inventory, you'd think a dealer would want to beef up it's SERVICE DEPT income... NOT THIS DEALER! UGH
Glad you were pleased Keith and we look forward to seeing you again next time, thank you.

Great service....make sure they know your warranty options but we love this place. I needed my tires aired upbrakes checked Robert and his team killed it for me. The brakes were fineslight rotor issue. And they cleaned her for me. She looks sharp I appreciate the whole team at BMW of Tulsa!

my mother and i brought in her 2016 x5 diesel in because it wouldnt start, it would simply crank. the first week they claimed it needed fuel pumps and a few other things. they then called back a week later claiming it needed an engine replacement. only 85k miles on the clock. We had the car towed to another local indy shop and they diagnosed it as a fuel pump and was fixed the next day. highly disappointed in the service at BMW of tulsa
