Over 2 weeks after leaving a deposit and providing my logo in a compatible vector format (EPS), all they managed to deliver was my logo in another file format, without the expected accompanying text, phone number, etc - calling it a "proof". I was told in person that they would follow-up with a proper proof the next business day. Three business days later I had no proof, and no patience; I told them (in person) I was cancelling the order and wanted my deposit back, and they agreed, but said I needed to call in 3 days because the only person who knew how to process a refund wouldn't be in until then. How do you not know how to process a refund for your own business? When I called for the refund, it was handled without hesitation.
