We are a small office and communicate between each other very well and we have no record of anyone with your name bringing a printer in for repair. We also always have the customer leave their printer and we contact them once we have thoroughly diagnosed the issue, we would not have had you wait at our office for over an hour while we diagnosed the issue. Once the diagnosis is complete, we always present an explanation and probable solution. Whether or not the customer chooses to approve our assessment is obviously the customer's choice. I am very sorry that you had such a negative experience with attempting to get your printer repaired. Don't go here. I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer. Brought an old printer in and left after an hour without a fix. Next time I have a printer issue, you won't see me here.
The owners are rude and unprofessional at best! No respect or morals. I do NOT recommend. Take your business elsewhere. Me and the company I work for will no longer do business here!
Super helpful group of people!! They've always been quick to make it out to our office and have fixed the problems in a timely manner... Highly suggest using Elite Print Management!
