Decided to go with this place because of the reviews even though it was 40 minutes away. Drove 40 minutes to pick up the 6 items to find out they are no where near ready, yet were scheduled to be picked up the day before. Spoke to the man in charge of making the shirts and he said I should have called... when they were suppose to be ready the day before, they should have called ME to let me know they were not ready on or after the scheduled pick up date. Proceeds to blame the machine for the delay. Very disappointed as I was needing these shirts on time for a reason.

Brandi we're sorry you feel that way, but you should recognize it was us who recommended you go to another company because working with you was hurting our business with your numerous attempts to get free items with your mistakes to your designs and miscounting your own garments to get extra pieces. You know very well anything that was caused by us was replaced and delivered directly to you ay no charge. I hope you never have a deal with a customer such as yourself. However, we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

i run a tee shirt company and have tried working with this company for over a year because they have a great price point and low minimums. But you definitely get what you pay for and will end up spending more money with them because EVERY SINGLE ORDER i have received from them, there was something wrong. The print was crooked, they gave us the wrong quantity of shirts, the incorrect shirt was printed on, the incorrect graphic was used, stains, rips, faded graphics, and the list goes on and on. Every time they would mess up, I had to provide a solution to fix their mistake and even after they agreed to that, they still expected me to pay for the cost of receiving the new item. Finally, we decided to part ways and on my last order I had with them, I ordered comfort colors tees which I paid $5.82 a piece for. When I received my item, they were either next level or bella+canvas which go for around $3 a tee. I am so fed up with these people that I do not even want to contact them about a replacement. Go to AKT Tees or Impress Ink where you will actually get people that know what they are doing, have great customer service and have a streamlined business model!

This printing shop is HORRIBLE. I contacted them to make an order for my clothing brand. I drove 5 hours one way to pick up my order. Upon receiving it, the colors were incorrect, they placed several designs on the stomach of the shirt, the placement was crooked, etc. They proceeded to debate with me for hours about a refund. We then decided I would pay for the shirts I found decent enough to take and they would refund the rest. Except I had to pay for EVERY blank tee that THEY used to mess up. I ended up paying $80+ for the blank tees they used. I provided clear and concise instructions regarding placement, size, etc. And was highly disappointed and angered. I had to push a photoshoot that is costing my company thousands of dollars BACK. I would rather a toddler with a circuit make my shirts the next time. Never again.
