This review you wrote is completely meritless and couldn't be further from the truth. We have secured you over 5 deletions and would have gotten you more, however YOU decided to not complete our program once you stopped paying for our services. Why would you feel that is our fault? In addition to that you had verified debts that needed to be paid. Our job is not to remove legal debt, that is fraud. Your job is to pay those debts which you have choose not to do against our recommendations. Hundreds of Star 99.1 clients have been pleased with our services.

I heard about them on star 99, a "Christian" radio & that why I chose them to work on my credit, that was a mistake. They charged me $1500 to fix it, they did do a little work, they were never rude to me & when I lost my card they were patient enough to wait until I had received the other one but once they received they full payment they stopped responding to my emails & calls. MY ADVICE: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM, YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF DOING IT YOURSELF.

I was recommended Square One by my mortgage broker when I initially applied for a mortgage. My credit was in bad shape. Slight improvement initially, but now experiencing a very volatile score, bouncing up and down weekly as collections are paid off. There are a lot of unexpected situations that arise with severely damaged credit during the repair process. Be sure to ask questions regarding everything such as, initial negative impacts of paying off collection accounts & claiming saving on taxes. The initial 90 day time frame was not a reality but still in rebuilding stage and hoping for the best. The staffs response time is very good & they are always there to answer and explain any concerns you will have. I will update review when we are complete. Update: credit scores have bottomed out once again. I was told to wait 30 days after a few large payoffs were made in order to see score come back up, however that increase never happened. Now that i have further researched credit repair I am understanding that its very possible to do this on your own. Do your research, stay organized. All the numbers you need are right on your full credit report. Save yourself a few thousand. Good luck
