The gentleman was looking for a job that did not fit our typical minimums and was not forthcoming with pertinent information during our conversation that would enable us to help him to our best ability. He then began to verbally insult my employee and tell us how we should run our business.

Very rude and not helpful at all. The owner said that he doesnt need any more new customers, he has enough business. I wont recommend this business. This is a clarification to the owners response: When I called, I initially spoke with a woman (whom at the end of my conversation with the owner I found out is his daughter). I never insulted her at all (this is a lie). When I described what I needed to her about my order, she couldnt help me. Then, she passed the phone to the owner. I was expecting the owner to be more helpful. I talked to the owner for 6 minutes. At the end, he said that he wont be able to take my order because there was a logo on the design that I wanted and that the minimum order is 12 shirts. I was surprised because when I spoke with his daughter in the beginning, I did ask about the minimum number of shirts and also I told her about my design. Finally, I believe that they should be more professional when answering the phone and they should not refuse to have more new customers.

Actually, we did bring sample shirts in at my own cost for the customer to try on. Her partner decided that the shirts would be fine. I believe we went above and beyond to work with this particular customer. Unfortunately, some people just cannot be pleased no matter how much you try.

Ordered shirts through them that turned out to not fit, so I asked if we could return the shirts and just pay the shipping difference and the manager refused and was very unreasonable and argued with me. Very unprofessional. Do not go there unless you already have the shirts you want to be embroidered, you will end up having to pay for shirts you can't even try on.
