Rude staff. Manager has no clue to run a business.. Manager was rude also. Place is run down. Old computers, and equipment.. extremely long wait times.. I suggest CSL, they are professional, trusting, and welcoming.. CSL has a good system down so that you are in and out asap..

Wait a year after you do anything medically before going here. They double the standard waiting times for EVERYTHING, so just be safe and wait a year because they will make you wait 4hours and meet with 3 people before they tell you that you can't donate. I am updating this because I came back a few times w/ a relative who decided to go. Of the 5 total times I've come here, I was deferred 3 of them.... I'm not coming back anytime soon at all.
