Hi Noor, We do not appear to have a record of your visit; all jobs undertaken have a minimum of the customers name and vehicle registration number recorded. Unfortunately, unless the vehicle is booked in for an evaluation and diagnosis, it would be unlikely that we would be able to give any firm pointers as to the cause of the problem. According to the complaint, That possible causes were already mentioned by my usual garage and a friend free of charge, suggests that there was an expectation that we would carry out a diagnosis free of charge. Worst experience ever. Someone recommended them as my diesel car had starting problem and my usual garage was not able to fix the problem. I thought they are specialist so they would pin point the actual cause of the issue but all I got was just few guesses from them. It could be this or it could be that or it could be something else. Would they charged lot of money only for guesses? That possible causes were already mentioned by my usual garage and a friend free of charge. If they would not able to say something clearly they would not charge any money. I travelled a lot specially in hope that being a specialist they would know the diesel cars better but my time and money got wasted.

Great staff with a wealth of knowledge. Went above and beyond sourcing a new injector for the next, all the while the main dealer couldn't. As I said great staff who work there.
