I feel like they took advantage of my 85 year old widowed mother who probably should have called a service like Molly Maid instead of a company like ServPro. The ads on TV say call for a free quote, but she was charge $125 for a quote and was told the money would be refunded if she used their service - sorry that's not FREE if we decide not to go with your service. Also this was not automatically deducted from the bill she had to call to have it deducted. She really just wanted the cobwebs gone, the rafters dusted, walls wiped down and floors cleaned. We had water in the basement that was seeping in from hydro static pressure. This was NOT sewer water, but they sold her a steam clean for the floor and disinfecting service for walls, ceiling and floor. This was really in excess of what she needed. We had someone out from an abatement company that also does mold remediation. He told us the white spots near the bottom of our cupboards was mold and could easily be cleaned with bleach and water. Since ServPro was coming we asked them to do this. They wiped down the fronts of the cupboards in the center, but did not clean the cupboards off to the side and also did not clean the mold on the inside of the cupboard doors. Upstairs they were supposed to clean the windows and the blinds. They left the windows very streaky and had to be reminded to do the blinds (also whatever they used on the blinds left a very musty odor.) My mother had retreated to her room to "stay out of their way" while they worked on the upstairs. She noticed that things were very quiet for awhile and when she ventured out of her room she realized that they had all left and no one bothered to speak to her and tell her they were leaving. Very disappointed with the oversell and the quality of their work. UPDATE: I emailed Perry with a list of additional concerns that I did not include in this post. I never received a reply.

ServPro was fantastic. They responded immediately to my emergency request (we had water in the basement after a heavy rain). They were at my house that day to assess damage and begin the cleanup. They also followed-up with me over the next week or so to make sure everything remained in good shape even after they left. Would highly recommend them!

Quick to respond when a water fountain broke and flooded areas of our warehouse but were not thorough. They were in and out as quick as possible and did not bother to ask for assistance with moving large items and pallets to ensure full removal. There are still large amounts of standing water under areas they ignored. I expected more from this company being "restoration experts".
