6 month campaign resulted in a loss for our business, not only that they failed to admit the failure. I suddenly ended up speaking with an incredibly rude person from accounts trying to justify their actions when they had no interaction with me or my account until i questioned the performance. Shambolic.

Ripped me off when I was having my website made. They made it live when it wasn’t finished off. When I got in touch to have it finished off, they said I needed to pay again but discounted! I stupidly did! Then apparently I got an email to say my website has been hacked and they wanted me to pay again a couple hundred to sort it out! At this time I just said leave it.. very unprofessional and just rip you off

As a law firm, advertising and client capture, in a competitive market, is key to securing new clients. We didn't feel like our website was doing enough to bring in the new clients that the work done by our legal team deserved; it was not representative of us as a firm. We retained Digital Next to assist us with restructuring our website, making sure that we were getting the most out of it to ensure we moved up the search engine rankings and to help us create a blog to interact with our clients more. Given that our budget for improving our online presence has been, in relative terms, modest; I have been impressed by how they have at all times tried to make sure that we are getting the most "bang for our buck" by focusing our resources and making sure that every change or improvement filtered into the main goal of improving our search engine rankings. Chris and the team took over our web hosting, improved our website, and now assist in our blog posts and search engine optimisation; they are always available to give us advice and guidance. They tell us straight where we can improve, what we need and how much something is going to cost and how much effect the additional spend is likely to have. Given how busy our office is and the fact that this area falls well outside of our area of knowledge its important to us that we can be confident that they are plotting the best way forward for and telling us quickly as soon as they identify an area for improvement; its never a chore getting a straight answer out of anyone at Digital Next and this is one of the things we appreciate most about working with them.
