Horrible horrible horrible. By far the worst customer service of any company that I've ever dealt with. I would avoid at all costs. We were able to get out of our contract (which auto renews...so watch our for that). We got out due to their breach of their service contract (charging for visits that weren't made). It was a lengthy and painful process. But after we got out, we switched to GMS elevator. But to be fair, their service technicians were very competent. It was the service rep and customer service that was the issue.
