Literally every part of the set up is annoying with these guys. Communication is minimally informative, taking multiple multiple correspondences to get reasonably standard information either due to incomplete answers or full sections of inquiries being overlooked/ignored. I offered several times to shift our mode of communication to their preferred method with no forward motion. Sincerely just trying to get started with these guys has been among the most unprofessional experience I've encountered in the industry. And in the print fulfillment industry that's a pretty impressive task. I could list a dozen alternative service providers but that's apparently against Google review terms, so instead I will just say, do your research and avoid SOP.
