Just like any other business, it is completely normal to have at least one client unhappy as it is difficult and almost impossible to make everybody happy. But it is not fair to call us dishonest, ignorant and unprofessional because you did not completely understand all aspects of the treatment you received. You have emailed and threatened to leave a bad review if we didnt give you a refund of your money and we did not issue you a refund as we were not in the wrong! You were provided with all information about your treatment prior it began and all your questions were answered honestly. Aftercare was clearly explained which explicitly note that you need to wait 6 weeks before you see complete result. You were told that you would need more than 1 treatment in 6 weeks so as we haven't seen you after 6 weeks and therefore cannot guarantee that what youre claiming is true. You claim that we encouraged you to do more sessions to benefit financially but this is dishonest as we have an offer as a package and as you were happy during the treatment, you asked to use the package while you were aware about the cost. You are constantly calling and emailing us, one day after the treatment expecting to see results straight away. We booked you in for a second visit after 2 weeks post your treatment as you were concerned, we didn't ignore you as you claimed. During your appointment after 2 weeks you looked fine and were healing nicely but suddenly claimed a refund so that you can maybe use the money to test another clinic! But you can not get your treatment done and then threaten clinics to get refund and use their money for yourself to do another treatment. This is not right and it is called fraud. You mentioned about pictures! As any other clinic, we have a portfolio of our job and end results on clients who have signed photo sharing consent forms and are happy for their pictures to be shared.

Please be careful and dont get deceived by a professional looking website. I had veinwave on my legs over 2 month ago, spent 550 and can honestly say I had ZERO improvement!! As a qualified practitioner Maryam should have made me aware that this treatment might not achieve the desired results, or might not even be suitable for me. If she had followed her ethical conduct, she would have treated just 1 area to see if it actually works, but not encourage me to do 4 sessions in one go, so she would get maximum financial gain. I also didnt appreciate that she offered other expensive treatments to me I actually never asked for, and showing pictures on her mobile phone of other patients revealing their identity - this is extremely unprofessional in a business where confidentiality is key! Maryam does not take any responsibility and will ignore you if you are not happy with the results.

Very bad experience that left me with permanent red marks on one cheek, following the veinwave treatment at the Belle Clinic. Straight after treatment my right cheek was much worse then left one and there was lots of swelling. Maryam recommended serum that she said is from Canada, paid additional 25 pounds for it (didn't help). Also when researched the bought serum discovered it is made in China (not Canada). After 3 weeks swelling subsided, but redness remained. Waited for two months, as advised and now tried to contact Maryam to seek for the consultation, but she doesn't bother to reply. Would not recommend to anybody, as following the treatment, I have a very noticeable skin damage that looks much worse then original couple capillaries I had before I came to the Belle Clinic.

Recently attended the clinic for CoolSculpting. The procedure was very straightforward and the results are great so far! Also, the owner, Maryam, is lovely and very knowledgeable. A fantastic clinic. Will recommended to all my friends!

Thank you for sharing your concern with us, however as we haven't seen you after your treatment so we can not confirm the result. People's expectations are different so it is hard to make everyone happy but realistically please be aware that this treatment is non-invasive so it works slowly.

When I first read about cool sculpting I was excited to try as the reviews on this clinic were very good and also the price was better than places like Harley St. It has been two months since my initial fat freeze under my chin and I have seen 0 difference. I had very little fat under my chin and Maryam did say she thought 1 session would be enough. I think Maryam was lovely and she did tell me that she could not promise a definite change however I went along with it due to good reviews. I am not saying it doesn't work for everybody but It just did not work for me. I wanted to write this review as online the reviews paint a picture of it working for everyone.
