Did not receive whole order, ordered 12 site system and only received 6 pot system. 15 days later I'm still not sure they will send the other 6 I paid for. Customer service is not working

Changes to your order (including cancellations and other adjustments) must be requested within 1 business hours of your order confirmation time. Any requests for changes or cancellation prior to shipping of your order must be received via phone so we have sufficient time to stop shipment prior to fulfillment. Our warehouse team moves very quickly to ship your order. We will send you an email regarding some options that we can do so you can swap the tent. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance.

I ordered a tent online, then realized it was too small. I emailed support to cancel the order but was told that after one business hour they can not cancel the order. It had not shipped yet and was still in processing. Okay. So I receive the tent today and immediately called to start the return process. I was told that I have to pay shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee. In my opinion, thats a bunk doo doo return policy. I couldnt cancel the order before it had been processed? I ordered the correct sized tent from them immediately after I found my mistake, and Im fully aware that I made a mistake. Had I known they were going to bend me over the barrel on returning the first one, I most definitely would have shopped elsewhere for the second. Booo!
