The front desk girl is rude, Ive been twice thinking the next experience would be better but I learn my lesson. She shouldnt be working around kids with a personality like hers. Wont recommend to any of my mommy friends

We love this place. Just think they should have more employees to supervise the back area. Only one employee is available during the week. They should also add a gate of some sort as smaller children sometimes run out to the mall.

Came in with a group to do an escape room, plenty of reservation times available online when we arrived. Instead of booking online I just went up to the counter since it would be easier to book in person and they told me no rooms were available. Asked about ax throwing and was told they were booked up for the rest of the night (even though no was was ax throwing and the lights were turned off). Asked about bowling and was told they didnt open the lanes until 7pm was put on the waitlist. Sat down to eat and have a few drinks for about 2 hours and observed that no one in that time frame was bowling or ax throwing so I knew that being told that they were booked up was a lie. I was told later on by an employee that no one wanted to work those areas so they lied so they can go home early. I observed plenty of employees standing around chatting. This happened at 6:00 on a weekend. What a joke!
