I went in to talk to Sherri about getting some custom shirts made that need to be printed from a DTG machine and I was told it would be done in 7 days, 2 weeks later I called and was told they were not doing my order because Sherri was on vacation for 2 weeks, here I am over a month later and still no word. I called and was rudely told they were waiting for parts for the printer and that my order still wasn't done. When I asked how long they said they don't know so I asked if I needed to go somewhere else and they said that's not what they said but yes to go somewhere else and then hung up on me and refuse to take my calls. Sherri has also ignored all my emails since the first day. I do not recommend them as they are very rude and completely unhelpful in all ways.

My mom and I walked in the store and we were not once acknowledged or greeted by the staff. Frankly, bad customer service from the start of our experience there.

Grand Illusion Creative Resources is an amazing company!! Every time I go in with an idea of what I want embroidered....Shari, is always there to help me make it happen, and have it turn out a million times better than the idea that I started out with. she is amazing at what she does. She's definitely one of the most talented, artistic person I have ever met. Her work ethic is incredible and I am so glad a friend of mine shared the incredible reference with me about this amazing company. I plan on referring everyone I know so they can be just as amazed and grateful I am to have a knowledgeable and professional company by their side whenever they need them!!! keep up the great work!!!!
