Nice gym, but Horrible experience! MAKE SURE WHEN YOU CANCEL you save your document, went in in person to sign a cancellation with a rep. 11/2020. They didnt process it And have been charging my card for 1 year!!!! I left for a travel assignment dont live anywhere near the high desert anymore and found out from my bank there have been recurring $29.99 fees for a whole year despite me paying one whole month cause you need 30 days to cancel. The manager Paula was extremely rude and told me you need a certified letter refused to look at activity to prove my case also asked me to produce a cancellation copy from 2 years ago. Make sure to keep your COPY and WATCH YOUR BANK ACCT. with recurring charges. Total what was charged after cancellation was approx $400!!

This is by far the best gym around. Equipment is top of the line. Gym is very clean staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are very good open 24/7. No better gym around period

My bill was sent to collections as a result of my card being charged through the pandemic. As other reviews mention, its true. I tried to cancel but they wouldnt answer. Lack of communication. They continued to charge and when the bill wasnt going through, late fees amounted to $240 within about 4 months. I cancelled and they told me that I wouldnt have to worry about late fees. I would just have to pay if I wanted to come back. A week later, I get a call from collections. I paid collections of course, but perhaps thats the only reason theyve remained open because they know that if they close; their income would be absent. They say they care about you but as long as they get paid, theyre good. If somebody gets claimed by COVID and they dont come back, guess what, theyre still getting paid as long as they remain open. Believe what you must but business is business to them. Were all just numbers supplying their income, until we decide of course. Just be careful and read what you sign.
