Rude/Awkward fellow that works here. My wife broke her iPhone XR screen. I called and was told they could fix it in about 10-15 mins walk-in no appt required. I asked what time they were open till and got a round about answer of 6 but might leave early. I asked to be sure they were in ofninleft right then (about 415pm, as it would take me 25 mins to drive there. So I jump in my car and rush down there, when I walk in he tells me he doesn't have any screens for my device in stock (even though I had just asked him about it on the phone) and that he had used the last one that morning and might have a shipment in the next day if I wanted to drive back again later. Frustrated I just wasted my time, I hopped on google and found Touch Wireless over on airport and got taken care of with much better service at same price point. The quality or repairs at this shop might be great, supposedly he uses apple certified parts he said, but overall not impressed and happy I took my business else where. Use caution with these folks.

I've gotten my phone fixed two times by this man, and each time it could barely drop and half of the screen is untouchable. I cannot get into my phone at all, and that's absolutely ridiculous that this is the second time this has happened. No cracks but suddenly I can't tap on anything on the top half of my phone.

Absolutely love all these awesome people that work here. Ive had a number of iPhones that Ive dropped, or batteries that have went, or that I have even gotten wet and they were able to fix most all of them but they will tell you if its beyond repair...and they wont charge you, in my experience, for something that cant be fixed. Sometimes they were even able to retrieve photos that I didnt want to be lost bc the phone was just not worth fixing. Very honest, informational, and ran as I feel a business should be. Love it bc its not some corporate BS as well...SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!! I even have a nickname when I come in! <3 cray cray

I dont normally leave reviews but I feel like I should let people know about this store. I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. So it was either go here and spend 175$ for a 10 minute replacement or go to Best Buy for a 219$ and it would take 2 hours to replace. So naturally I went the cheaper route because he also advertised that he uses genuine apple parts. He does NOT. After I got my screen replaced it started having what is is called ghost touch and eventually I could not use parts of my screen. When I did the new update my iPhone sent me the alert saying that it detected non genuine apple parts (talking about my screen) so I ended up going to Best Buy and getting it replaced. So please dont go there. It is a waste of money. Also, not only did the owner tell me that COVID is not real and that I shouldnt wear my mask, he also called me a communist. I hope that this post will save someone some time and money.
