Horrible answering service that cannot speak or spell in English!!! Asked to speak with a Manager or supervisor and got put on hold for 10+ minutes and call STILL wasn't answered!! Asked for a local office number to call and person didn't even understand English well enough, to understand what I was asking!! Ridiculous!!!
I've visited Pearson VUE Testing Center on 3 separate occasions for certification exams ove the last 4 years. Throughout the years the staff has always made a point to smile, be bright and optimistic. The reviews below are fAkE nEwS as Pearson Vue is just the test administrator who proctors everything from roofers to the medical industry. If you're going to cert here know it is a structured, secure and relitevely low stress environment.
Trying to get a hold of someone for assistance is useless. Get ready to speak to someone with a thick Indian accent whom sounds like they have marbles in their mouth. I have been give numerous "incident numbers"... all of which turn out to be invalid when I call back. Also be prepared to be placed on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time.
