I ordered "post cards" of a notice of a move. The product sent was not a post card and was so flimsy was see through and I would never send to a client. The "post card" was of such poor quality that it was not possible to send.

I am so happy with how my business card order with Moo turned out. Excellent quality, excellent prices, I love how you can get smaller amounts of cards in one set compared to other printing companies, and I felt good ordering with them knowing if I didn't like how they turned out, I could reprint for free. But there was no need, the business cards turned out exactly how I wanted them and even their 'standard' card is quite thick, high quality, and has a nice feel to it - definitely comparable to the 'silk' business cards of other printing companies. Another thing I loved was how even among the 10 different people I ordered cards for, the design printed consistently across all of them. Oh, and customer service was very helpful and even offered me a discount. Highly recommend!

I ordered to rounds of business cards with mistakes, my fault not Moo's. I called Moo expecting to share my sob story and beg for some kind of discount on the next order. The representative for Moo didn't hesitate. She provided a promotion code for the full value of my first order (already delivered) and stopped the other order (still in production at the time). I now can get my stuff together, get the next order correct, and without incurring any costs for prior mistakes.
