What once was a phenomenal shipping carrier has quickly changed to being one of the worst for unknown reasons. After multiple attempts trying to schedule a pick-up and being on hold for 30+ minutes each time, we finally got our BOL. Sadly the driver never showed up for four days straight.. We contacted C.H. Robinson customer service every day and was told the driver would arrive that day. After four days, we went with another carrier.

I called CH.R. about a load that was in same city as my truck,load needed to PU within 1 hour and deliver direct broker that answered gave me a load info and offered a rate that was about 70% less than couple other big brokers that had same load at Dat for load with exact same details and when i ask him if he would match the rate or do any better he proudly said "NO go with other brokers" ???? .Where is this world going??? Why people need to be so greedy????

CHR is good, I worked for many different carriers and always love to book CHR load to those carriers. 99% CHR can provide me the right load information. CHR earned credits. My broker is always easy to work with on any load, even any issues that happened in the past. I would like to keep work with CHR.
