Carpet was supposed to be installed Tuesday July 5th (already paid for in advance)but no one showed up, no phone call or anything!! I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails! Finally after calling for 5-6 time someone answered and the excuse was "our paperwork got lost and everything has been done for the day, no way for our floor could be installed that day!!" The day we scheduled to have it done!!! They asked if we could do it today (July 6th), so I said yes as long as someone is here to do it by noon. Well no one showed up until almost 2! So I've wasted another full day that I had stuff to do!! Also they were supposed to take the old carpet with them to dispose of it but they left it instead! Highly unsatisfied and definitely wouldn't recommend this company!!

Probably the worst attention to detail and time management skills I have ever experienced. Floor prep terrible. Communication skills terrible. Attendance terrible. I would suggest a 3 year old child before them to also lay tile back splash. Stay away from this company unless you want drama and a product that is way short of terrible. Installers will lay scratched tile and say nothing. I'm only giving them 1 star b/c they actually do a good job at the design element.
I stopped at Sun Flooring only because I drove by and noticed their sign. How great an experience working with them and Melanie. I couldn't have received more personal care anywhere else. Her knowledge of the different choices suitable for a bathroom presented a whole new option for Us. We took her advice and picked a pattern we hadn't seen anywhere else. We received the material in a matter of days. Great store. Great service. Great people!
