Went in today to see how much it was to install a new stereo, that I recieved as a gift, into my truck. Front desk person asked me what kind of stereo, as a second person from the back came walking up. I answered him and the front desk guy looked puzzled (he didnt recognize the brand) and then asked the second guy (I'm assuming he's the actual installation person) and he just laughed at the brand (I assume it's not good enough for him, which should be MY concern Not his) and he said, "doesn't sound like anything I wanna touch". So neither of them knew anything about the brand. As the first guy said he would ask someone else, I stopped him and said never-mind...I'll go elsewhere. So instead of just letting me give them money to do a job (they SAY THEY DO) they laughed at me and was rude and condescending. There was no reason to act that way. I would steer clear of these people...if they treated a customer this way, I can imagine the way they would treat your ride!!
Custom connections took the time to show me what available options there were to replace my running boards They installed and completed the work I believe within an hour I highly recommend them
If anyone in there would wear a mask. I would of bought something. I didn't feel safe. So I left. Covaid?
