I have ordered tshirts from this company at least 2 times previously and didn't have any issues. But this most recent time (this summer), I believe there was a big communications issues between me and then also between all of the employees. When I first inquired about ordering shirts again, the responses I got were one word or very few at that. I had to keep asking questions just to get the info I needed. To me, that should have kept me from ordering but their prices were good for a fundraiser. After sending an email in writing of the day and time they needed to be picked up and this was confirmed, my husband showed up and it took him 15 minutes to get someone at the door and then they said they shirts weren't ready. He told them they had 2 hours to finish. After receiving the finished order, they had sent the wrong size in one color. I live out of town so it is difficult to find a way to get the shirts, but we finally got all of our order. I guess comfort colors has changed their material as well because the shirts felt a lot thinner than a typical comfort color shirt. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it makes me question ordering from them again.
