This one was hard to read. We try hard to provide the right balance of service without breathing down your neck the whole time. I guessed we missed the mark and for that, we apologize. We pack 17,000+ items in a small space and want to make sure our customers get the right advice or product at the right time. Organization is a challenge and we strive to improve every day. Cheap tools arent good and good tools arent cheap. We attempt to get the mix right of some decent and affordable choices on the shelf. We can special order over 250,000 items in days if we dont have exactly what you need in stock. Patrick, we are sad you feel this way but hope we can improve and maybe see you again another time to earn your trust.

Not a fan of the staff looking over your shoulder, the "old school service" wouldn't be necessary if this were a well organized store. Tools are mostly overpriced, DIY trash. "We can special order over 250,000 items in days if we dont have exactly what you need in stock." So can everyone else bud, we all have access to amazon prime and home depot dot com
