Besides Corey being such the great person he is at his job this place is the most terrible place to live this being my very first apartment I was so excited but this place was infested with roaches and all sorts of stuff and who has to pay for it me don't let the nice faces fool you this is a terrible terrible place to live thank goodness my uncle is a lawyer definitely taking them to court will never make this mistake again please people don't let nice faces fool you once your in it's a nightmare please please learn from my experience!! Cory and the front office team are awesome! They are very responsive, helpful, and attentive to the residents here at Desert Sands. The complex is very clean and well kept, and I enjoy taking walks around it throughout the day. I feel safe and welcomed here. The 1 bedroom unit is spacious with a nice size kitchen and deep walk-in closet. I have no complaints, whatsoever. I absolutely recommend Desert Sands.

If you are look for a place to stay i highly recommend coming to desert sands! I honestly thought trying to move in the middle of the pandemic would be nearly impossible and nerve racking but Cory put my mind at ease and made the transition that much easier. Make sure you ask for Cory and he will definitely take care of you!!
