I was very disappointed when I contacted them Monday and sent my project in to them to see if they could even do it (they were a small batch of 11 trading cards for some athletes). They never returned by call and I followed up on Tuesday received an apology and was told they would get back to me at the end of the day. I never heard back and went with another company (who killed the project even making the cards out of aluminum and throwing in some magnets because they felt bad I was left hanging). I did hear back from Standard Printing finally on Friday at 11am which is less than a day before I needed the project done. They were very respectful when we spoke which is why I hung on until Wednesday hoping they would follow through.

What a lovely and easy experience. They printed a memorial brochure in mere hours and they turned out beautifully. It was easy to send the file and no problem for my dad to go pick up the finished product. Barrie was super helpful and made the whole process a breeze. Thank you!
