I have gone into this store on many occasions to buy shoes and boots. Never had a problem and usually been satisfied with my purchase. Then one day I went into buy a purse. Normally I usually pay no more than $35 for a purse because I go through purses every month or so. Ive never bought a purse from Milanos before. It was $49 something which is more than Im willing to pay but it was a really cute purses. I didnt change out purses for about a week cause its kinda a hassle. A couple weeks later we went to Walmart for cat food and went into the Q clothing store just to look. Then BAM! The strap on both sides of the purse I had just bought a couple weeks ago literally broke off and everything spilt on the floor. I immediately walked straight into Milanos and informed of what just happened. She examined my purse and actually said theres no scuff marks, it new and I showed her my bank statement to prove I just bought it. I told her I didnt want my money back just another purse. She pretended to go to the office and told me her manager said all sales are final! I said I totally understand that but this was not something a customer did? This was clearly a result of bad workmanship and not the customers fault. Seriously, how does a purse fall apart after about a weeks worth of use? Not even a purse from the 99 cent store falls apart that fast? She said and I quote, Im really sorry but we cant do anything all sales are final. PLEASE BEWARE ABOUT THIS PLACE AND THERE SHADY PRACTICES!!! Im not a person that goes on websites to complain but this situation was so wrong and I cannot believe they treat a loyal customer like this over $50? Bad customer service! Buy elsewhere.
