I ordered a set of embordered polos. At first the order was delayed and I received zero communication about it, and it was difficult to get a straight answer. However when the polos did arrive, they were atrocious. You couldn't read the logo, several had loose threads, and some didn't even have a completed logo. They were unusable, and because they arrived late I couldn't rush a new order to fix them before the date I needed. I eventually go a re-order for free and those came out a lot better, still messy and not quite up to par but better and I can actually use them. However, their customer service was far and away the best I have ever worked with. Everyone I spoke to was supper accommodating and helpful and they worked really hard to make sure my re-order was done correctly. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the customer service was amazing. I won't necessarily get something embroidered from them again, but I might consider them for an easier, less important job in the future.

Truly an amazing company, i order a bunch of custom hoodies with my business logo on them to give as christmas gifts. i received them on the 22nd of december. My logo did not come out exactly as i was hoping, i reached out to customer service just explaining that they did not come out how i was expecting them to. I got an immediate response stating they will send me new hoodies and I informed them that this was not totally necessary. Early morning on the 24th christmas eve, i received another package from rushordertees with all new hoodies with my fixed logo on them and they looked amazing!!! Outstanding rushordertees! You have gained a long time customer. Thanks you so much

I gave them 3 stars because they originally got my first order wrong. However they did send a whole new order which made up for the loss and I greatly appreciate them for doing that. Id probably use them again in the future.
