Considering we didn't really get to see any of the animals we hoped to see it felt like a very expensive day out. Things are looking tired and lots of enclosures shut down. Feels like a big ticket price for something that needs updating.

We found the Zoo disappointing regarding the number of animals on view. The Penguins were probably the highlight. The catering was poor in respect of healthy eating options, and it was indifferent, bordering on poor service in the cafés. A disappointing but expensive day out.

Extremely overpriced for what you actually see, most off the enclosures were empty or just could not see. Would not recommend unless you want to pay the high price admission for just walking from 1 empty enclosure to another
