Extremely slow, I appreciate covid and Christmas but being a business owner myself I just dont get a near 3 week turnaround for 5 items. The jumper has no elasticity in the neck so it hurts my face putting that on. The jacket is to thin to be labelled a jacket is odd. The polo and fleece fit ok. The embroidery is great no complaints there. No order update had to chase myself but responded swiftly when I did.
