Fashion Nova has thee worst customer service known to man. There is no direct number to contact anyone in customer service. They do not answer tickets or emails in the time frame that they're supposed to which is 24 hours. To top it off their system glitches when a promo code is placed on your order and they rip you off by taking the full amount. This is absolutely terrible customer service.
