Awful service. Last year when I ordered my glasses, the lady promised a 2 week turnaround, which ended up being a month! I thought it was a one-off incident, so when my glasses broke went back for the warranty. A different lady this time made the same 2-week promise, but again took them 4 weeks. During this time, I had to call them multiple times, put up with rudeness and hear different excuses each time: from "we don't have any way of contacting the labs", to "the frame is ready but we are waiting for the lenses" to "we called the labs but the frames are out of stock" to "we are doing you a favor by not charging you". Had they told me it would take up to 4 weeks in the first place, I would have just left and gone elsewhere. After the 3rd week, I went ahead and ordered a new pair online and received it in 2-3 days because I couldn't wait for 4 weeks. Considering this has happened twice, I doubt this is just a coincidence. It's either incompetence or intentional lying about their turnaround time. Other issues with this place: I once took my daughter there and paid out of pocket for her eye exam but they charged my insurance too. Another time, they charged my insurance for the next year as well. In both cases, I had to call them and my insurance numerous times to fix the issue. So I had to pay for their mistakes with my time. Overall recommendation: do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

The service felt pretty terrible, I have no idea how well the optometrist did her job because at the moment I can't wear my glasses but I wasn't sure about some of the answers I gave her and said as much but she didn't mind, and maybe that's typical. But they definitely blatantly try to upsell glasses to you, so be aware of that. Edit: on further interaction they were also exceedingly reluctant to give me my Rx for whatever reason.

Excellent staff, Dr. Zair was friendly and truly helpful. Would highly recommend. Edit: went for my yearly exam and it was completely remodeled. So clean and new!! I felt comfortable and safe even during this time. Dr. Zair Yalda did an excellent job and helped me pick out some new frames!

awful, they made my glasses 5 times and I couldn't wear them at all. I wish they would have told me the truth and said they couldn't service me with the eye problems I have. They were hilarously rude and said to my face I was " taking up their valuable space" Don't hand over money to these people.
