Tring to get the Metairie location on the phone..but when I call them using Google it connects me to the French quarter location...I tried to get the number for the Metairie location from them they just tell me I have to just go over there...cause they don't have the number...kinda rude honestly......(update).. I got to the Metairie location and guess what no candy apples...and that's the reason I wanted to call first...but the person at the French quarter location told me they had them for sure...and I just had to go over there....thanks for wasting my time...won't be going here agian

We went there with a food tour. They ran out of pralines so we got a chocolate truffle. Mine was too sweet and I threw it out. Miserable and rude cashier.

Shop was empty. Items on the shelves were dusty and bottles with rusty caps on display. The older, white woman looked at us as though we were disturbing her. We were not offered samples, which is understandable in times of COVID. We decided to purchase a praline to sample and decide if we wanted to purchase more. The woman snatched it out of my friends hand and said where did you get THAT from? There was a basket full of them on the counter. These are already sold! She was beyond rude. I quickly left other items I intended to purchase as I would not spend one penny in that place. I dont know what planet she comes from, or who hurt her, but she has no manners or business sense. Definitely not an accurate representation of southern hospitality. Lady, Stop being bitter in a sweets shop!!
