They don't have the great deals that they used to have. Much of the items sold can be bought elsewhere for the same price or less. Many of the items n the freezer section are very close to or past there Best By dates.

Purchased 4 items from the NSP Fields location and 2 of them tasted like old rancid oil and two were great. I submitted my issue via their website letting them know my experience and no one even bothered to respond, let alone try to make it right. Went there for many years when I lived in Nordeast and loved the quality. Very disappointing customer service now.
