Hi Joe, unfortunately this was a small miscommunication. When people start their background check we give them a sheet of paper that has the specific pick up time on it, circled, with "PICK UP TIME AND DAY" written next to it. We regularly get the call asking "Can I come pick up my gun?" Because it is hard for us to track every pick up day and time we reply with "if it is past your 10 days and you have NOT heard from us you should be good to go". It seems like in this event the question was not fully understood by our staff. For that we apologize. Please, feel free to come back any time and we can communicate clearly on both sides, be on the same page, and make things go very smooth as usual.

These young guys do not pay attention to details these days. I call to specifically ask if my handgun was ready to be picked up after waiting ten days. Gunfighter: Yea, come and get it! Me: On my way. Now that I am here I am writing this review from the parking lot as the guy now says I have another hour to wait on the ten days. All he had to do was take thirty seconds of his time and verify that the pistol was actually ready to go. Boo Millennials!

Uh, so this company doesn't answer their phone because they are too busy but their ammended hours of operation are from 11am to 4pm? Five hours? The reason I found out they don't answer their phone is because I was calling to see how they could have possibly sold the lower I have in my hands with the threading of the integrated CA compliance device showing from the exterior of the rifle. They clearly didn't machine it correctly and yet somehow still figured they could sell it. I would be very leary of this company.

Best store to purchase from in San Diego. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend stopping in. Be patient with them when you go in, they are busy, and are worth the wait.

Can't say enough about Ryan, Lee and the team. I felt welcomed and learned from talking to them, but a big drawback is that I keep coming back to them and my wallet doesn't like that

Phone number talking about lions and prioritize customer and persons on the phone and they don't have time to pick up the phone and when I went there they're close no line nit even a sign they will be back !
