Hello Mr. Zimmer, I am sorry you feel that we made an error on your order. We were given specific instructions to use the master list of names that were given to us from your head department. We were told that employees would be coming in to place their order with there size. If a different name other than what was listed on the master was wanted to be used we would have needed to know that when you placed the sizes. There is no way for us to know that Daniel wanted Dan or in your case you wanted Mike instead of Michael. I am sorry for the confusion but we followed instructions from the master list which only listed your legal names.

My work just recently used them for work shirts. Half the shirts came back with the wrong names on them, even though THEY wrote down the name and size we wanted. I took mine back to be fixed and the lady behind the counter had an attitude, saying they never wrote anything down, yea then how did they know the size? She just said to leave them and she would see what could be done, but most likely the shirt will be ripped trying to fix it. Only went to them because of my work, and would never use them myself after this experience..

Place is a joke!! Amy is a very rude person! Called to check if my order was ready with the proper greeting her response did I call you really a month in my order has been placed and now its tomorrow it will be ready?? I think she needs proper obedience classes done at Petsmart to start off with..... SMH.....
