8 months in and still not fully functioning. They triple imported our previous system creating triplicate entries that we are left to clean up. It was definitely a bait n switch. We have not received the product or service we thought we were getting. Their catering module we were sold on but then when we were ready to use it, were told only a handful of people use it out of their 150 customers and the module was not fully built out and there is only a short 5 min video for the scheduling module, no one seems to have any answers. Their mobile app for inventory does not function and when you call with your frustrations because you have a mess, you are told they are busy with paying customers. My $700+ a month must not be enough for them to follow through on what they represented.

Small business owners and independent restaurateurs beware! This company will try to rip you off. After expressing our interest use their service and little price negotiation ........resturant365 sent us a 50% off offer for our 2 restaurant locations ( $150 each per month ). Before our accountant could even review the offer ( less than 5 business days ) they had deleted the offer / document and we could no longer view or sign it as we intended too. When I informed them of this they said that they could longer offer this "promotion" to us even though on the original document stated that this offer was good for 30 days. They said they would be more than happy however to sign us up for the full price of $300 per month per location. When I asked again if we could please just sign the original offer I was told that if I went and got written offers from other competitors for $150 per location that then they could give me that promotion of $150 per location!? This all came from their national sales manager mind you ! It is clear they will try any tactic to get as much money out of small business owners pockets.
We started working with Restaurant365 in 2015. I don't want to lie, there were some serious issues in the beginning. After over 3 years now, we have seen the company grow with great customer service. Marc Cohen, Jimmy Speyer, and Morgan are all top notch. This platform has saved us $$ and created more efficiencies around our operations. Looking forward to the next 3 years with them and beyond.
Restaurant 365 is absolutely amazing. The user experience is far superior to any other ERP I've worked with. And it truly is the only fully integrated restaurant management software on the market. Love it!
There system does not work with our current POS system and now they will not refund my money even though nothing has been set up. I have gotten nothing from them and they just collected my money and have provided nothing in return. There customer service is awful and unethical. Stay away.
