Placed an Order in good faith with these guys, which i was told would be delivered within 10 working days, from the receipt of the money. We paid immediately only to be told that it would be 12 working days, but they would do their best to finish the order earlier. We phoned up on the 12th day to be given an excuse that they had outsourced the work and the courier had lost our order in transit, we will now have to wait another two/three days before re-run the order. There is one thing i cant tolerate and that is being treated like a fool by dishonest people. Wessex Clothing really need to improve there customer service. 1/2 Star

We have started using Wessex clothing and this was our third order through them. Unfortunately due to stock demands, our order was not possible however Wessex quickly identified this and sent through multiple options and made the process very easy. The turn around on the products was excellent and the quality of the printing was better than before. I would 100% recommend using them for a great all round service. Brilliant company and excellent customer service.

Dear Ben, We are sorry to read your review, however would like to point a few facts, as your review seems somewhat contrived. Our sampling procedure was explained to you in an email on 24th August stating that sample items that do not form part of your order would be subject to a restocking fee. This is a standard procedure throughout the industry and something which you did not question at any time. To claim that you had to pay "almost the full cost" of the samples is not true - It was in fact less than half. This was explained to you in an email on 4th September. When you came in to look at the samples you informed us that you no longer needed the order for the 8th September as originally requested, but could wait until the end of the following week (being 14th September). We duly completed the order late on the Thursday and notified you on the morning of Friday 14th, before we opened. The order was then picked up on the Friday - exactly on schedule. To state that the T shirts "arrived late" is simply not true. They were collected on time. *****UPDATE**** It appears google will not allow a further reply, so please see response below... Sadly, google no longer notify us when customers leave a review and it was by chance that this was picked up, hence the delay in getting a reply over to you. You are still way off the mark with the cost of the samples - The 52.20 excluded vat and the 30.79 includes vat. This means that 30.79 was charged from 62.64 or, in terms of percentage 49.15% - less than 50% as originally stated and not nearly "the full amount" as you put it in your first review or your botched figures in your reply. Again, this was fully explained to you in an email dated 4th September but it appears you have either failed to understand the figures or chosen to deliberately manipulate them as you have the facts about the collection time. If we had the samples available there would have been no need to charge to acquire them. However, we did not and it was clearly explained that any samples returned would be liable to a restocking fee. At no point did you question this. The fact that you said you needed the order completed by 14th and picked them up by the 14th means you picked them up on time, How can you then have the audacity to claim they arrived late? Honestly, I would expect you to have a higher level of integrity. I am happy that the staff at this company have acted in accordance with company policy and procedure and done their utmost to offer the best service they can. This includes completing your order quicker than our standard 10 working day turnaround to meet your needs, making amendments to the order (adding an additional item to the order) after the order had been put in to production to help you out with late comers and, offered the same price per garment as was originally quoted despite your order being considerably lower than the bulk threshold originally quoted for. That to me is excellent service.

Terrible customer service. I had to pay almost the full cost of two "samples" which didn't even leave the shop. If the "restocking fee" had been explained prior to ordering the samples I would never have used this company for the printing. T shirts also arrived late. I will go elsewhere for any future printing. Thank for you for responding to my review. The fact that it took you over two weeks to respond just confirms your poor customer service. I have since approached several other printing companies and have been shown free samples, so it is clearly not a "standard procedure" to profit from a restocking fee. I returned two unused samples at a cost of 30.79, the fully printed cost of these items would have been 52.20, this is NOT less than half. Considering these samples could be returned to the supplier I believe that this is excessive and this fee was not explained fully. As to the t-shirts being late, when I visited the shop I did say that I didn't need them on the 8th and advised you that I needed them by Friday 14th at the latest and it would be difficult for me to collect them on that day.
